Qfinity Labs website respects the privacy concerns of every individual; more specifically, this policy applies to job seekers, candidates, temporary assignment employees and visitors to our website. The intention of this policy is to ensure a clear understanding of the personal information/data gathered and the ways in which that information will be used.
How do we identify “Personal Information”?
In this policy, “Personal Information/Data” means any information about an identifiable individual which includes name, home address, resume, references, education and work experience, and other job-related information. Personal Information/data does not include business contact information when used to contact an individual in his/her business capacity.

Principle Two – Identifying Purposes for which Personal Information Is Collected
We identify the purpose for which we collect, use and disclose Personal Information/Data at or before the time of collection and will collect only information necessary for the identified purposes. To our clients (companies) seeking our recruitment services where your candidacy may be suitable for submission;
To answer your questions and enquiries;
To regulatory or law enforcement agencies if we believe in good faith that we are required by law to disclose it in connection with the detection of crime, the collection of taxes or duties, in order to comply with any applicable law or order of a court of competent jurisdiction, or in connection with legal proceedings;
To agents, contractors, or individuals employed by or under contract with us to perform reasonable business functions on our behalf, such as but not limited to contract management and administration;
To market our full range of recruitment services to you (permanent, temporary, contract, outplacement and recruitment process outsourcing services). Retention of your Personal Information will be for the period of time required to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, following which time, standard and appropriate disposal will be undertaken.

Your Personal Information will be maintained as accurate, complete and up to date as possible to fulfill the purpose for which it is to be used. It is your responsibility to keep us advised of any changes to your Personal Information though the various means available.

Your Personal Information is protected by appropriate security safeguards specific to the type of information being protected. We utilize physical measures, technological tools and organizational controls:
Physical measures (i.e. locked filing cabinets, locked or restricted access to offices, access cards, shredding procedures, placement of computer screens, etc.)
Technological tools (i.e. passwords and firewalls, remote workstation practices, etc.)
Organizational controls (i.e. staff training, access limited to a need-to-know basis, visitor escorting policy, privacy management – officer, employee exit procedures, printer documents pick-up, etc.)
Although Qfinity Labs has appropriate safeguards in place, we cannot guarantee that loss, misuse or unauthorized use of your Personal Information will never occur. Should you receive communications from Quantum yet are unsure if it is authentic, please contact us for confirmation.

If you would like to access your Personal Information we have on file, you must do so in writing, directed to the Privacy Officer, as stated above. We will make every effort to respond to your request within 30 days. You may be subject to disbursement fees and charges associated with retrieving your Personal Information, should the need arise. When we provide you with this information, please ensure to advise us of any inaccuracies so we may update accordingly. We will provide you with a copy of the information you request, but we ask that you be detailed in your request. If, for some reason we are unable to provide you with information, we will provide an explanation.
Rights to access to your Personal Information may be denied in certain situations, such as;
Where required by law
Where information pertains to existing or anticipated legal proceedings against you,
Where the information was generated as a result of a formal dispute resolution process
When your access would have an unreasonable impact on others’ rights.

Our Websites Digital Traffic: How We Will Collect Visitors Information and What Is The Information Used?
