Dr. David Moche was born in Sarcelles, Paris, on January 15th 1976, . He attended high school in Tel Aviv. During these school years, he became a distinguished mathematician and earned a reputation as one of the top computer programmers for his age group.

After graduating high school, he was offered a place to study Mathematical Economics at Gettysburg College, Pennsylvania. . It was during his freshman year that he began to take an interest in finance and banking. He later moved to Birkbeck, England where he went on to complete a PhD in Data Science at the University of London.

Upon completing his PhD in 2002, Dr. Moche remained in London where he joined Fulcrum Asset Management as their Principle Quantitative Strategist and Portfolio Manager of their Multi-Asset Volatility Fund.

In 2007, he returned to the U.S. to pursue a career in quantum computing with IBM as a quantum research analyst. During his 5 years with IBM, he conducted research in Boston and went on to graduate from the Quantum Computing program at MIT.

Dr. Moche left the U.S. in 2012 and returned to Israel to establish his own company. We are pleased to invite him today to get know more about him.

Emilio Risso joined Qfinity Labs in August of 2014 with the acquisition of Pancetera Software. Emilio and his team are responsible for incubating new product ideas and bringing them to market. Their charter is to increase market share and develop new market opportunities through innovation.

Emilio is an experienced executive with more than 10 years of experience in data storage and storage startups. Prior to joining Qfinity labs, he was founder and VP of Engineering of Limia Software a storage startup focused on Virtual Machine backup. He was an early employee of both Legato and Data Domain where he held various engineering and leadership positions. He holds a BSCS degree from San Jose State University and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and Leadership from Santa Clara University.

Luc is a high-energy, technologically savvy business development manager with the ability to spot opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships. He has a track record of bringing in new business and exceeding sales goals, and he enjoys the challenges of outbound prospecting in a competitive, fast-growing market.

He has a direct and immediate impact on the company’s success as a Scientific Business Development Manager by driving sales from end-to-end, owning and managing a large cohort of customers and opportunities, and delivering Qfinity Labs vision and value proposition with the goal of capturing the market.

He is in charge of a large number of leads and opportunities, as well as the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

Luc prepares extensive business strategies to help him meet his goals and objectives. He clearly comprehends the customer’s requirements and delivers the full scope of Quantum Machines value (i.e. solution engineers, professional material, evaluation program, etc.)

With more than 15 years of experience as a successful, growth-oriented salesperson with a focus on new business development. Experience selling hardware and marketing to academic and research labs is a plus, as is a background in physics or electrical engineering.

Aurélie was Senior Vice President of Operations of Cisco Systems Inc., a worldwide leader in IT networking, until her retirement in January 2018. She was promoted to the role in July 2015 and was responsible for driving profitable growth and enabling operational excellence. Aurélie oversaw the supply chain, global business services, security and trust, and IT organizations. In her former role as Cisco’s CIO from 2006 to 2015, she made the Cisco IT organization a strategic business partner, producing significant business value for Cisco in the form of financial performance, customer satisfaction and loyalty, market share, and productivity. Since joining Cisco in 1995, Aurélie held a variety of leadership roles in operations, manufacturing and IT. Prior to joining Cisco, Aurélie held a range of planning and operations positions with other companies in Silicon Valley. Her extensive understanding of business operations, infrastructure and application deployments, as well as her knowledge of products, software and services helped her advance Cisco’s business through the use of Cisco technology. Aurélie served on the Board of Apptio, Inc., which provides cloud-based technology business management solutions to enterprises, from 2018 until its acquisition by Vista Equity Partners in January of 2019. She is a member of Quantum’s Leadership and Compensation Committee, as well as the Audit Committee.

Aurélie has served on the Board of the Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties and is a founding member of the Technology Business Management Council. Known for her strong track record of operational excellence, innovative problem solving and talent development, Aurélie was inducted into the CIO Hall of Fame by CIO magazine and was recognized by Forbes as a “Superstar CIO” in 2012.

Stéphane holds a Degree in Administration and Business Management and Marketing from Hannibal-LaGrange University (Missouri, USA), where he obtained academic and sporting excellence scholarships. Since he joined Qfinity Labs Group in 2016 (Project Development Department), Stéphane has been in charge of the financial, economic and logistics area.

Aleyah holds a Degree in Languages from Grenoble Ecole de Management, France. She has also coursed International Studies in Portugal. Since then, She has focused on the private sector by specializing in commercial and financial activities for the promotion and implementation of infrastructure projects. In Grenoble, he has spent these last 8 years promoting and implementing infrastructure and capital goods projects through his direct participation as HR of EPS Tech, cooperating with the initiatives, projects and operations that the Team has in that country.
